📱How it works on event day:

Scan the QR code provided on event day to access the interactive digital map.

Ensure your phone is fully charged, and we recommend bringing a portable charger.

📋Important Notes
- Wristbands are required for collection of finisher entitlements on event day.
- Please note that there is no bag deposit area on-site.
- As you will be using your phone for the walk, please ensure it is fully charged the night before.;
- Bring a portable power bank/charger (highly recommended!)
- Bring your own water bottle as well as a raincoat or umbrella in case of wet weather.
- Be cautious of road crossings if you are bringing children along.
- Safety Reminder: We encourage everyone to prioritize safety and fun.;
🌧️ Wet Weather Plan:
- If it rains heavily before the event: We will postpone the event by 30 minutes.
- If the rain continues for more than 1 hour: The event will be canceled, but don’t worry, medals will still be distributed to participants.

With Butterbear Happy Walk taking place on 17 October 2026, we are closely monitoring the haze conditions and updates from the National Environment Agency (NEA).
The safety and well-being of our participants remain our priority. We will continue to assess the situation based on prevailing conditions and advisories, and will share updates on our social media should there be any changes to the event.
