📢 Hey there, LINE FRIENDS City Light Walk participants! We’re super excited to have you join us for the event this 5 October. Whether you’re here for the fun 7KM run or the more relaxed 3KM walk, we’ve got some important details to make sure your day goes smoothly.
Please take a moment to read through the info below so you can have the best experience possible. We’re looking forward to lighting up the city with you! 🌟
🏃♂️ 7KM Run
🚩 Flag-Off
• Time: 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Indoor Atrium (follow the signage to the start point)
• Recommendation: Arrive 15-20 minutes early for bag deposit and wristband collection.
🎒 Bag Deposit
• Location: Level 2, Reading Zone near Daiso, Clarke Quay Central (take the escalator near Guardian)
• Available for 7KM participants only.
• Operating hours: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
🎫 Collection of Wristband & Glow Sticks
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Level 1 Indoor Atrium (near Swissbake #01-53)
• Collection opens: 5:00 PM onwards
• Note: The wristband is required for accessing the water point and collecting your medal. Please ensure you collect it before the run.

• Water Station: Located near Cavenagh Bridge.
• Safety Reminder: We encourage everyone to prioritize safety and fun. The cut-off time for marshals and the water station is 8:30 PM for the 7KM run.
🚶♀️ 3KM Walk (Standard/VIP)
🚩 Flag-Off
• Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Please come at your chosen flag off time slots)
• Recommendation: To avoid crowds, we recommend arriving after 7:30 PM.
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Indoor Atrium (follow the signage to the start point)
• Arrive 10 minutes early for glow sticks collection.
🎫 Collection of Wristband & Glow Stick
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Level 1 Indoor Atrium (near Swissbake #01-53)
• Collection opens: 6:30 PM onwards
• Note: Wristbands are required for medal collection. If you didn’t receive a wristband in your race pack, please collect it before joining the walk.
❌ Bag Deposit
• No bag deposit available for 3KM participants.
📱 Digital Map
• Scan the QR code provided on event day to access the interactive digital map.
• Ensure your phone is fully charged, and we recommend bringing a portable charger.
• Participants who score 200 points or more on the digital trail will be eligible for a lucky draw (access via Digital Trail > Profile > Rewards). Each account is entitled to one lucky draw chance.
🚶♂️ Safety & Fun
• Please walk safely! The cut-off time for finisher medal collection is 10:00 PM.
📦 Late Collection of Race Pack/Merchandise
If you haven’t collected your race pack or merchandise, here are the details:
• Collection Date and Time: 5 October, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Level 2 Reading Area (near Daiso, take the escalator near Guardian to Level 2)

🌪️ Windmill Making Workshop
• Duration: 5 October, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Location: Clarke Quay Central Level 1 Indoor Atrium (near Ya Kun)
👗 Best Dress Award
• Dress up for the event! The organizer will approach you if you’re selected as a winner.
🌧️Wet Weather Plan
- If it rains heavily before the event: We will postpone the event by 1 hour.
- If the rain continues for more than 2 hours: The event will be canceled, but don’t worry, medals will still be distributed to participants.
