🚩 Event Day Programme
📅 Date: Saturday, 20 September 2025
⏰ Start time: please check your confirmation email for your time allocated, arrive 10-15 minutes before your slot.
Event Day Race Pack and Merchandise Collection:
- Date: 20 September 2025
- Time: 8am to 11am, 5pm to 9pm
- Location: Clarke Quay Central Main Atrium, Race Pack Collection Counter near Ya Kun Kaya Toast (Getting There)
Please show your order number in your confirmation email to collect the event pack/merchandise.
Cannot make it for the event pack collection?
If you are unable to collect the race pack, your family/friend can collect it on your behalf. Please ensure they bring a copy of your order/invoice confirmation slip along with a signed authorization form. Download the form here.
Want to purchase more merchandise? Simply order online here and collect your items at the Race Pack Collection Counter on event day.
📱How it works on event day:
- Scan the QR code provided on the event day to access the interactive digital map.
- Ensure your phone is fully charged. Bring a portable charger (recommended).
- Complete at least 10 checkpoints to qualify for the lucky draw.
- Please walk safely!
📋Important Notes
- Wristbands are required for collection of finisher entitlements.
- Please note that there is no bag deposit area on-site.
- Please note that you will be using your phone for the walk, fully charge your phone the night before.
- Bring a portable power bank/charger (highly recommended!)
- Bring your own water bottle as well as a raincoat or umbrella in case of wet weather.
- Be cautious of road crossings if you are bringing children along.
- Safety Reminder: We encourage everyone to prioritize safety and fun.
🌧️ Wet Weather Plan:
- If it rains heavily before the event: We will postpone the event by 30 minutes.
- If the rain continues for more than 1 hour: The event will be canceled, but don’t worry, medal will still be distributed to participants at the station near Charles & Keith store at Clarke Quay Central.

Inflate Your Candy Bag Before You Arrive
- To save time and jump straight into the fun, we encourage you to inflate your candy bag at home.
- How to do it: Simply use any standard drinking straw and follow the inflation steps below.
Don't have a straw at home? No problem! We will distribute straws on the event day (near Guardian store in Clarke Quay Central).
💖Kawaii Dress Award
Come in your cutest outfit on the event day and visit our Kawaii Dress Station to participate in the contest. Selected winners will win a special prize!

- Location: Clarke Quay Central Level 2 Reading Area (near Daiso, take the escalator near Guardian to Level 2)
